Make your workplace a place where victims don.t have to lose their jobs due to abuse (supervisory training, workplace policies).

Understand your liability when you fail to respond to employees who disclose family violence concerns and reduce your risk and theirs.

When you are concerned that a co-worker or supervisor is being abused: ask. Silence only supports the violence.
